Section 1. What kinds of information do we collect?
  1. Initial Registration
    • Computer Security Student, LLC collects the following  registration elements:
      • First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
      • To create an account on Computer Security Student, LLC, you must provide us with at least your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, and a password and agree to our User Agreement, Payment Agreement and this Privacy Policy, which governs how we treat your information.
      • You understand that, by creating an account, we will be able to identify you by your Computer Security Student, LLC profile.
      • To complete your registration, we will ask for your credit card details to obtain membership access to the Computer Security Student, LLC website.

  2. Credit Card Information
    • Computer Security Student, LLC does not store any credit card information.
    • All credit card information is securely vaulted with Paypal.
     
  3. Cookie Sessions
    • Computer Security Student, LLC tracks a users current session by using a cookie.  The cookie only tracks the particular users session.

  4. Usage Tracking
    • Computer Security Student, LLC records member login usage and environment variables.  The environment variables include, but are not limited to, the following: IP Address, Browser, and Operating System.

  5. Proof of Lab Submissions
    • Computer Security Student, LLC collects "Proof of Lab" submissions as part of the Hac-King-Do Certification Training.  Proof of Lab submissions are used to verify that students are completing the particular lab.

  6. Help Request Submissions
    • Computer Security Student, LLC collects "Help Requests" made by members to assist them in completing their particular lesson.

 

Section 2. How do we communicate with you?
  1. Initial Registration
    • After a member registers, Computer Security Student, LLC will email the member their first payment transaction and their initial registration information.  This communication will also include your unique registration ID, which can be used for password resets, if you are unable to reset your password using the Computer Security Student Website.

  2. Monthly Payment Notification
    • Every month a user will receive a payment transaction email from Computer Security Student, LLC.  This email will consist contain transaction time and amount.

  3. Membership Expiration Notification
    • Computer Security Student, LLC will send the member an expiration notification if the user's credit card was not processed successfully as part of the monthly membership fee.

 

Section 3. Variations
  1. Variations
    • We reserve the right to revise and amend this Privacy Agreement from time to time and any revised version will be deemed to be applicable from the first date of publication on this website.
